Free Trial Period
New settings joining the First Stop Learning Hub will receive a 90-day free trial period from the date access is granted. During this time, settings will have full access to the Learning Hub and all included courses.
Cancellation During the Free Trial
There is no obligation to continue after the free trial. If you do not wish to continue your subscription, you must notify us in writing at least 30 days before the end of your free trial period.

If sufficient notice is provided, no payment will be taken and access to the platform will end at the conclusion of the trial period.
Annual Subscription
If cancellation notice is not received at least 30 days before the end of the free trial, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid annual subscription at a cost of £199 + VAT per setting per year. Payment will be processed automatically using the payment method provided at sign-up.
Automatic Renewal
All annual subscriptions automatically renew each year to ensure uninterrupted access to the Learning Hub and course library. Renewal payments will be processed automatically using the payment details held on file unless cancellation notice is provided.
Cancelling an Annual Subscription
To cancel an annual subscription and prevent renewal for the following year, settings must provide at least 30 days written notice prior to the renewal date. Access to the Learning Hub will remain active until the end of the current subscription period.
Payment Details
Payment information is securely processed and stored through our payment provider. First Stop Learning Hub does not store or have direct access to full card or banking details.
Changes to Courses and Content
The Learning Hub is a growing platform and course availability may change over time. Additional courses and resources may be added throughout the subscription period at no additional cost.
